- Event Services
- Deposits are non-refundable once event dates are confirmed.
- Refunds may be considered if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event.
- Souvenir Items
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method.
- Exceptions
- Customized or personalized souvenirs are non-refundable.
- Event cancellations due to force majeure are not eligible for refunds.
