Refund & Return Policy – Cloud Marcom

  1. Event Services
  • Deposits are non-refundable once event dates are confirmed.
  • Refunds may be considered if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event.
  1. Souvenir Items
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.
  1. Exceptions
  • Customized or personalized souvenirs are non-refundable.
  • Event cancellations due to force majeure are not eligible for refunds.
